Your data

Private by design.

Honest reflection needs a place that isn't performing for anyone. APSTORA keeps your words where you put them. Last updated 26 August 2026.

Private to your account

What you write is stored in one private record tied to your account. Database-level access rules mean nobody else's account can read it — not other users, and not by accident.

Never sold, never advertised against

There is no advertising profile of your relationships. We don't sell your data, we don't share it with data brokers, and we don't build a public model out of it.

What we actually store

Your email address, an optional display name, your subscription status, and the reflection document you build: your attachment read, check-ins, clues, tools you used, and any Pattern Shifts you save.

What we don't store

No contacts, no location, no message history from other apps, no third-party tracking of your browsing. Product counters are structured events like "opened a tool" — never the words you wrote.

You can erase all of it

Account → Delete my account removes your account and every row attached to it, immediately and for good. Or clear just this device from Settings.

How your reads are written

When you ask for a read, the words you submit go to APSTORA's secure backend and its AI provider to generate that response. They aren't used to train public models, posted anywhere, or shared with anyone else. If a device is shared, sign out when you're done.

Not a medical record

APSTORA is a self-reflection tool, not therapy or healthcare, and what you write here is not a clinical record. We don't claim HIPAA compliance, because APSTORA isn't a healthcare provider and doesn't operate under one.

Who to ask

APSTORA is operated by Laura B. Sherwood. For a copy of your data, a correction, a deletion or any privacy question, write to support@apstora.com.

APSTORA supports reflection and education. It is not therapy, diagnosis, crisis care, or a substitute for professional support. If you are in danger or in crisis, contact local emergency services.
