APSTORA is operated by Laura B. Sherwood. Questions, cancellations, refund requests and data requests go to support@apstora.com, and we answer from a person, not a queue.
By using APSTORA you're agreeing to these terms and to the privacy page.
APSTORA is a self-reflection tool. It helps you notice what happened, the story your brain made of it, what you actually needed, and what you might do differently next time.
It gives you structured prompts and deterministic reads of what you write. It is not a person, and it does not know anything about you beyond what you type in.
APSTORA is not therapy, counselling, medical care, or a crisis service. It does not diagnose anything, and nothing here is clinical advice.
If you are in danger, or someone is hurting you, APSTORA is the wrong tool for that moment. Contact your local emergency services or a domestic abuse service. Pattern work is not the answer to abuse — safety is.
You need to be 16 or older to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself.
You can use APSTORA without an account. In that case everything stays in one browser on one device, and clearing your browser clears it.
Everything you write stays yours. We don't sell it, we don't train anything public on it, and we don't share it with advertisers.
We store it so we can show it back to you. You can export nothing, delete everything, and close your account at any time from your account page.
APSTORA is free to use for the core loop: your full attachment read, check-ins, and the in-the-moment tools. APSTORA+ is a paid subscription that adds your full history, the pattern engine, your Clue Book, saved Pattern Shifts, the whole Toolbox and the deeper communication support.
APSTORA+ is $9.99 per month (USD), charged to your payment method and renewing automatically each month until you cancel. Cancel any time from My account — cancelling stops the next charge, keeps your access until the end of the month you've paid for, and never deletes your story.
Cancel from My account, or email support@apstora.com and we'll do it for you. Your data isn't deleted when you cancel — it just stops being cross-referenced by the paid features. If something went wrong with a charge, write to us and we'll sort it out.
Payment is taken by our payment provider, who handles your card details; APSTORA never sees or stores them.
Please don't try to break, scrape, resell, or automate APSTORA, and don't use it to write about other people in ways designed to harm them.
We can suspend an account that's being used this way.
APSTORA is provided as-is. We work hard on it, but we can't promise it will always be available, and we can't promise a particular outcome in your relationships.
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for decisions you make about your relationships. Those stay yours.
If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll say so in the app rather than quietly editing this page.
APSTORA supports reflection and education. It is not therapy, diagnosis, crisis care, or a substitute for professional support. If you are in danger or in crisis, contact local emergency services.
